When will I be charged?

You will be charged for your first subscription when you sign up and checkout. This is the date you will be charged for subsequent months after your initial purchase. For example, if you signup on December 15th, you will be charged on January 15th, February 15th and so on, depending on the length of your subscription. 

 

When do I get my subscription box?

We will have your box available for pick up or shipping the week of your order for the first month. Each box after the first will be sent out the first week of every month. If having the box shipped Canada wide, please be advised that we have no control over shipping times and your box may take a few weeks to reach you once shipped.

 

How do I get my box?

If you’re in the area you can select your subscription for pick up or local delivery. We also offer Canada wide shipping to those who may be a bit further away but still want to get in on the fun. 

 

Can I manage or cancel my subscription? 

You will be able to manage your subscriptions via our customer portal. Here you can pause, cancel or extend your subscription as needed. After the checkout process is complete, you will be sent an Account Activation notification form us, which will allow you yo create a password and a registered account that is tied to your subscription. 


Can I return or get a refund?

We do not offer refunds or exchanges on any items in the subscription box or on the box itself.

 

Do I have to subscribe?

No! There is a purchasing option to make a one time purchase! You will be charged once and receive one box- you will not be signed up on a recurring basis.
