COVID PROCEDURES AND GUIDELINES

Revised January 8, 2021 to reflect our current Province-Wide lockdown. Our storefront may be closed, but we're delivering (+ offering curbside pick up!).

 

OUR COMMITMENT DURING THE PANDEMIC

As we navigate these times, our top priority is the health and wellbeing of our team, clients, and wonderful community of Guelph and surrounding areas.

Curb-Side Pickups: How and When to Pick Up Your Order

 Your order can be picked up Tuesday - Friday from 9:30 am - 5:30 pm or Saturday + Sunday from 10:30 am- 3:30pm.

  • If you have selected items to go along with a coffee order please understand that we are working with a limited team and may need a few more minutes to pack your order. 
    • Curb-side pick ups take place outside our front door at 11C Suffolk Street East. 
    • ALL orders MUST be picked up by name or order number.
    • When you arrive, please call us at 519-265-0909. We will bring out your order. 
    • coffee orders are for pick-up only, no delivery  

    Local Delivery: Where and When are we delivering? 

     

    We service the following cities/towns:

    - Guelph ($10 delivery fee or free over $150),

    - Aberfoyle, Puslinch, Morriston, Fergus, Elora, Rockwood, Kitchener, Waterloo, Cambridge, Erin, Ariss, Acton, Breslau, Eden Mills, Maryhill, and Moffat - all $18 delivery fee or free over $150.

    - coffee orders are for pick-up only, no delivery 

     

     

    Order Processing Times for Shipping via Canada Post: 

     

    • Out of town orders will be shipping via Canada Post 3x per week 
    • On average, please expect up to 2-4 business days before we are able to process out of town orders for shipping. We are limited with our staff and want to ensure that proper procedures are in place and not rushed. 
    • You will be sent your tracking # when your package has shipped. Please contact us with any questions.
